- Die Möbel und das Bett sind alle neu bzw. in sehr gutem Zustand.
- Der Kleiderschrank bietet viel Platz für Klamotten und sonstiges
- Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller
- Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Ofen, Herd, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle
- das Zimmer befindet sich in guter Lage im Süden von Stuttgart
- Mehrere Bus- und Bahnstationen sind in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen
- Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt: 15 Minuten
- Fahrzeit zur Uni Hohenheim: 10 Minuten
- An der Straße findet man fast immer einen guten Parkplatz
- Im Viertel gibt es viele gute Restaurants, Cafes und Kneipen
- Deine beiden Mitbewohner sind Michelle und Manu
- Michelle ist 21 und macht ein 6-monatiges Praktikum in Stuttgart
- Manu ist 22 und macht ebenfalls ein Praktikum hier.
- Beide sind sehr umgängliche Menschen und gerne für ein Kaffee/ Bier nach der Arbeit zu haben.
Aber lern Sie am besten selbst kennen :)
Mein Zimmer wird erstmal für 3 Monate für frei, mit der Aussicht auf Verlängerung.
Die Kaution beträgt 700 €.
