Das Gebaüde wurde vor kurzem hochwertig und modern renoviert. ERSTBEZUG war im 2021: Wir suchen Mitbewohner, die Wert auf Qualität, Gemeinschaft und Sauberkeit legen.
Der Boden der gesamten Wohnung ist mit massiven italienischen Fliesen (Küche, Flure und Bäder) und hochwertiges Laminat (Zimmer) verlegt. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, da es vom Balkon Licht bekommt. Der Balkon ist ca. 30 m2 groß!
Die Wohnung hat zwei komplette Bäder inkl. Duschen. Außerdem ist eine moderne Küche inkl. Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank vorhanden. Eine neue Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Das Haus wird duch eine moderne Anlage mit Solarwärmetauscher beheizt. Ein Hof und Fahrradabstellplätze sind vorhanden.

The building has just been renovated in 2021 into a modern and luxurious living space! The flat features massive Italian tiles and parquet flooring. The room is very bright as it receives light from the balcony. The room is unfurnished. The additional cost for Furniture ( bed 90x200, matrace, clothing cabinet, table and chair) is EUR 15.- per month. The apartment has 2 fully equipped bathrooms with showers.
Additionally, there isa modern kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, and a fridge. A washing machine is also available only for the apartment. The running water in the building is partially heated by solar panels! It is a modern centralized heating system.
Die Lage ist ruhig, gut vernetzt und nahe dem Wald/Feldern in Möhringen. Eine Bushaltestelle (Jelinstraße) ist nur 2 min (100m) entfernt. Mehrere U-bahn Stationen sind auch in 5-10 Min zu erreichen (Rohrer Weg, Plieninger Straße, Vaihinger Straße). Das Zentrum von Möhringen ist auch nur 5 min weit weg, wo sie mehrere Banken, Restaurants, und Supermärkte finden können. Sportmöglichkeiten sind vom Reiten bis zum Schwimmen in 500 Meter Entfernung in S-Möhringen vorhanden.
The building is situated in Stuttgart Möhringen. The bus stop Jelinstraße is just 2 minutes walking distance, and several U-Bahn stations are also just 5-10 minutes away (Rohrer Weg, Plieninger Straße, Vaihinger Straße)! Möhringen center is also just 5 minutes walking distance, where several banks, restaurants, and supermarkets are available. An added bonus is also the Jamaican jerk chicken restaurant which is only 1 street away!
Rauchen ist im Gebaüde nicht erlaubt, es werden aber draußen Standaschenbecher zur verfügung stehen.
