Hey Ich bin ein Dualer Student an der DHBW Mannheim und würde mein WG Zimmer in Stuttgart Möhringen für Februar und März untervermieten während meiner Theoriephase.
Es ist ein Helles Zimmer mit 30qm.
Geraucht werden kann auf dem Balkon dazu gibt es einen großen Schrank der genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist ca 8min zum Möhringen Bahnhof entfernt. Zum Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof braucht man 15min mit der Bahn sowie auch zum Flughafen.
Das SI- Centrum ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Die 4er WG ist im 2. Stock und meine Mitbewohner sind zwischen 23 und 30 sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe wie Penny, Rewe und Kaufland.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein Bad, ein Separates WC, eine Küche und einen Flur, die gemeinsam genutzt werden. Ebenso haben wir einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Es gibt ein gemeinsamen Balkon der von von drei Zimmern Zugang hat, mit einem Grill dazu.
Gesamt Kosten wären 550 Warm inkludiert alle Nebenkosten.
