Hallo,
Ich biete für den gesamten Januar mein WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und befindet sich in einer Wohnung mit gemeinsamer Küche, einem Bad und einem eigenen Garten. Es ist im Erdgeschoss, aber leider nicht barrierefrei.
Außerdem gibt es einen Kellerabteil, den du mitbenutzen kannst.
Preislich läge die Monatsmiete bei 360€. Darin ist alles enthalten von Heizung bis Strom und Internet.
Die Wohnung ist in Stuttgart Nord, direkt am Nordbahnhof (S- und U-Bahn) und am Rosensteinpark.
Im Viertel gibt es zwei Supermärkte, Bäcker und eine Apotheke.
Es gibt viele Familien in der Umgebung. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Tischtennisplatte.
Außer dir würden zwei Studentinnen in der WG wohnen, die sicher Lust haben, immer mal wieder etwas zusammen zu unternehmen, ins Museum gehen, Brettspiele spielen oder sonst etwas.
