Da ich mein Auslandssemester mache, muss ich mein wunderschönes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Untermieten. Da ich nur an Studenten Untermieten kann, musst du eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung haben!!!!
Hier sind ein paar Informationen dazu:
Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein und befindet sich im 4 Obergeschoss. Es ist mit einem kleinen Bett, ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Regal ausgestattet. Man kann aber auch, wenn erwünscht, die eigenen Möbeln rein stellen. Das Zimmer bekommt auch viel Licht. Unsere Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben Kühlschrank, Offen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und reichlich Geschirr.
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, getrennt für Männer und Frauen. Die Jungs haben Dusche und WC in einem Bad und die Mädels haben Dusche und WC getrennt (ist in Fotos zu sehen).
Unsere WG besteht aus 3 Männer und 2 Frauen ( mit mir ). Wir sind einer der saubersten WGs im Wohnheim, laut unser Hausmeister. Alle Mitbewohner sind sehr freundlich, also falls man etwas unternehmen will, ist man gut versorgt. :))
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut. Es gibt ein Supermarkt der, eine UBahn Station entfernt liegt und einen Einkaufszentrum, 15 min zu Fuß. Die U-Bahn Station (Neckartor) ist 2 min zu Fuß und man kann die U1, U2, U9, U14 von dort aus nehmen.

Since I'm doing my semester abroad, I have to sublet my beautiful room in the student dormitory. Since I can only sublet to students, you must have a certificate of enrollment!!!!
Here is some information about it:
The room is small but nice and is located on the 4th floor. It is equipped with a small bed, a closet, a desk and a shelf. But you can also put your own furniture in if you wish. The room also gets a lot of light. Our kitchen is very well equipped, we have a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of dishes.
There are 2 bathrooms, separate for men and women. The boys have a shower and toilet in one bathroom and the girls have a separate shower and toilet (can be seen in the photos).
Our shared apartment consists of 3 men and 2 women (including me). We are one of the cleanest shared apartments in the dormitory, according to our caretaker. All of the roommates are very friendly, so if you want to do something, you'll be well looked after. :))
The location is pretty good. There is a supermarket one subway station away and a shopping center 15 minutes on foot. The subway station (Neckartor) is a 2-minute walk and you can take the U1, U2, U9, U14 from there.
