Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in unserer 3er WG unter. Es ist sehr groß, quadratisch und mit hoher Decke. Da ich nach dem Zeitraum wieder einziehen möchte, würde ich das Zimmer samt der meisten Möbel vermieten, es ist also alles da was man braucht mit Bett, Schlafsofa, Schreibtisch etc.
Ich würde auch ne Gitarre + Verstärker da lassen falls Interesse besteht :)
Die WG liegt zwischen den Stationen Pragfriedhof und Stadtbibliothek, welche beide in unter 5min erreichbar sind. Von da aus ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und in etwa einer halben Stunde beim Campus Vaihingen. Im Millaneo gibt es die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Aldi ist zu Fuß etwa 10min.
Eric (23), Bella (20) und ich (22) studieren alle drei Audiovisuelle Medien an der HdM. Für mich steht nächstes Semester das Praxissemester in Berlin an, weshalb wir eine*n aufgeschlossenen Zwischenmieter*in suchen. Wir sind alle sehr Musik- und Filminteressiert, weltoffen und gerne kreativ.
Bella geht voraussichtlich auch ins Praxissemester, aber Eric hält die Stellung. Er macht viel Musik (aber nie zu laut), kocht gerne und ist ein super lustiger Typ, der auch gerne mal für ein Bier zu haben ist. Unser WG-Leben war bisher immer super nett, offen und entspannt. Das wäre natürlich schön, wenn das auch so bleibt.
