The room is located in a 4-bed shared flat on the 7th floor with elevator of the dormitory Rosensteinstraße 5 in Stuttgart.

The room has about 15 sqm and is fully furnished: bed, 2 shelves, wardrobe, as well as desk and chair. :)

Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Milchhof ist etwa 2-3 Minuten, direkt an der Wohnanlage, entfernt. Innerhalb von insgesamt ca. 9 Minuten ist man dann beispielsweise am Schlossplatz.
Rund um das Gebäude finden sich verschiedene Restaurants, kleinere Bars und ein Kino. Innerhalb 5-10 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Norma und Lidl). Auch das Milaneo is in der Nähe.
Fahrradstellplätze sind vor dem Haus gegeben.
The Milchhof subway station is about 2-3 minutes away, directly at the housing estate. Within a total of about 9 minutes you can reach the Schlossplatz, for example.
There are several restaurants, small bars and a cinema around the building. Shopping facilities (Norma and Lidl) are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The Milaneo is also nearby.
Bicycle parking is available in front of the building.

Um Untermieter im Studentenwohnheim zu werden, muss zwingend eine Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vorgelegt werden. Dabei ist es egal, ob an einer Universität/Hochschule von Stuttgart oder von wo anders.
