Voll möbliertes Zimmer mit Fenster Richtung Süden im 4. Stock. Ein großer Schreibtisch, zwei regale, ein Bett einen Kleiderschrank, einen kleinen rollschrank, Stuhl und ein größerer bettschrank sind dabei. Fenster kann man ganz aufmachen und es ist sehr hell und vor allem neu. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Klingel und Heizung.
Die Verkehrsverbindung ist super. Als dem Haus über die Straße und schon ist man bei der U Bahn; in zwei Stationen ist man entweder beim Haupt- oder Nordbahnhof. Lidl, Tegut, Norma und Becker sind in 5-10 min zu Fuß oder auch mit der Bahn erreichbar. Mit dem Auto kann man in der Gegend auch parken.
Gesucht wird jeder, der immatrikuliert ist. Zwei Mädchen aus der wg wohnen dauerhaft hier und sind sehr nett; der junge vermietet auch alle 3 Monate unter. Es gibt eine große Küche und einen Balkon welche man gerne benutzen kann. Man teilt sich zu zweit ein Bad, welches sehr sauber und modern ist.
Wichtig ist, dass man immatrikuliert ist, da die Wohnung vom Studierendenwerk Stuttgart ist.
Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug und Waschmaschinen/Trockner.
