Ich werde mein Zimmer aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes für ein paar Monate untervermieten. Mein Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, hat hohe Decken, einen schönen Boden und soll mit Möbeln übernommen werden.
Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig daher suche ich eine Untermieterin, die darauf Wert legt.
Nicht alles auf dem Bild abgebildete bleibt im Zimmer, jedoch Bett Sofa Schreibtisch Kleiderstange auf jeden Fall.
Bezüglich des Zeitraums bin ich um ein paar Wochen auch flexibel.

I will be subletting my room for a few months due to a stay abroad. My room is spacious, has high ceilings, a nice floor and will be taken over with furniture.
Cleanliness is very important to me, so I am looking for a subtenant who values this.
Not everything shown in the picture will remain in the room, but the bed, sofa, desk and clothes rail definitely will.
I am also flexible regarding the time period for a few weeks.
Vom Fenster aus siehst du die U-Bahn, der Ostendplatz ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, eine weitere U-Bahnstation liegt 5 Minuten um die Ecke, ebenso einige Bushaltestellen die in 12 Min zum Stgt Hbf fahren.

From the window you can see the subway, Ostendplatz is a 2-minute walk away, another subway station is 5 minutes around the corner, as well as several bus stops that take you to Stgt Hbf in 12 minutes.
Wir sind eine ruhige, saubere und harmonische WG. Man kann sich hier sehr gut zurückziehen aber auch sich sehr gut austauschen. Es ist mir sehr wichtig, dass meine Mitbewohnerinnen dich vorher mal kennenlernen und es von allen Seiten passt.
