The three bedroom apartment is located on the third floor. It has a newly refurnished bathroom, a separate toilet, a well equipped kitchen and an amazing balcony facing the inner courtyard, perfect for relaxing after work/ uni.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem entspannten Viertel nur zwei Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, von der man in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum ist.
Auch eine U-Bahn-Station befindet sich in der Nähe.
In der Umgebung des Hauses findet man Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Aldi, Rewe…), Parks und Fitnessstudios.

Du wirst zusammenwohnen mit mir, Janice (23), und Laia (28).
Ich komme aus Köln und bin im Oktobor letzten Jahres nach Stuttgart gezogen um Innenarchitektur zu studieren. Wenn ich neben der Uni Zeit finde, nutz ich diese gern mit meinen Freunden, welche entweder zu mir kommen oder du findest uns in der Stadt.
Laia kommt aus Spanien. Sie ist Elektroingenieurin und liebt Yoga, Jogging und eine gute Party mit Freunden.
Wir sind gern für ein Drink zu haben oder ein gemütlich zusammenkommen in der Küche/ Balkon.
Das ganze geschieht getreu dem klassischen "alles kann und nichts muss", in einem entspannten Rahmen. Wir respektieren dementsprechend auch vollkommen, wenn man einfach mal die Tür schließt und etwas Zeit für sich braucht.
Your future flatmates will be me, Janice (23) and Laia (28).
Last October I moved from Cologne to Stuttgart to study interior design. When I find time away from Uni you’ll find me friends, they’ll either come over or we go out to the City.
Laia moved from Spain and is working as a Electronic Engineer. She loves yoga, running and a good party with friends.
We are down for a drink or just coming together in the kitchen/ balcony.
But of course, as we german say “alles kann und nichts muss”. We respect everyones downtime and it is totally fine to just close the door and have some privacy.
Die Übernahmekosten die fix sind liegen bei 84€ und decken die Kosten für den Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Staubsauger.
Gerne würd unsere Mitbewohnerin die uns verlässt das Bett mit Matratze, sowie ihren Nachttisch, Schreibtisch und Stuhl für 125€ Übernahmekosten da lassen.
AUßERDEM wechseln wir im April zu einem neuen Internetanbieter, daher werden die circa 63€ Nebenkosten nochmal angepasst.

The 84€ takeover coast for the fridge, washingmachine, microwave and vacuum are fix. However our old roommate would like to leave her bed with the matraze, aswell as her Nightstand, Table and Chair for 125€ with you.
Aside from that, we are in the mids of changing our Internet contract, so we’ll have to adjust the 63€ Nebenkosten to the new price aswell.
