Ein helles Zimmer, das sowohl zu Fuß, als auch mit der Bahn schnell zu erreichen ist. Das Zimmer ist in einer 2er WG und das Gebäude, bzw. die Wohnung selbst relativ frisch renoviert. Durch die großen Fenster hat man ein schön helles Zimmer. Der Blick geht in Richtung des daneben liegenden Autohauses und damit nicht direkt zu Straße. Die Schallisolierung ist allerdings gut und der Geräuschpegel bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr gering.

Die Verkehrsanbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Charlottenplatz ist sehr gut und es liegen gleich zwei Bahnstationen in 2-3 Minuten. Zu Fuß erreichtman den Hauptbahnhof in etwa 15 Minuten, während die Bahn circa 4 Minuten braucht.
Nahezu direkt vor der Haustüre liegt der Rosensteinpark, der gerade im Sommer zum Verweilen einlädt.

Unser WG-Leben ist relativ zweckmäßig und man quatscht ab und zu mal, unternimmt aber nicht regelmäßig etwas. Im Sommer wird eine Studentin im anderen Zimmer leben.
