Wir - Leon (24, studiert irgendwas mit Medien) und Rita (22, studiert Film) haben ab 01.10 einen neuen Mitwebohner,
bis 1.10 wird das Zimmer untervermietet, auch für 1-2 Wochen, 140Euro pro Woche.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m2 groß und hat eine Dachschräge, siehe Bilder.
Geheizt und gekocht wird mit Gas. Eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, WC und Küche wurden gerade eben saniert.
Auf Wunsch kann gerne gestrichen und Möbel ausgetauscht werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer top Lage, Stuttgart-Ost nahe Stadtmitte. Hauptbahnhof in wenigen Minuten mit der Strassenbahn erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Cafes und Dönerläder, einen Sushi-Restaurant, einen Bio-Supermarkt und einen REWE.
