Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß, hat hohe Decken und ein Fenster. Es ist schön hell.
Es enthält ein 1,40m breites Bett ohne Matratze, zwei Schränke und ein Regal, siehe Bilder. Die Möbel sollten übernommen werden, Verhandlungsbasis 200€.
Der Stuttgarter Osten verfügt über so ziemlich alles, was man braucht. Apotheke, Rewe, Aldi Bäcker, Döner,...ist alles in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Ubahn U4 Haltestelle Ostendplatz und der Bus sind in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus fährt man 8 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, man ist also super schnell in der Stadt :)
Gewünscht ist auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG. Wir fänden es toll wenn man auch regelmäßig zusammen was macht (kochen, feiern, Kino,...) aber natürlich kann sich auch jeder wenn er Ruhe möchte in sein Zimmer zurück ziehen :)
Das Zimmer wird untervermietet, weil unsere Mitbewohnerin ein Auslandspraktikum macht.
Die genauen Daten stehen noch nicht fest, deshalb haben wir bei der Anzeige etwas Reserve eingeplant. Wahrscheinlich ist das Zimmer vom 04.06 bis zum 31.08 frei.
