Hallo liebe Leute.
We are looking for a new roommate in our flat share in Stuttgart-Ost. You can expect a beautiful and spacious bright room + great full/equipped flat + super WG Leben! The room is about 22 square meters and can be designed according to your wishes. The flat itself has 113 square meters with: 3 bedrooms, TV/studio room, kitchen, bad room and separate toilet, a huge hall, deposit with bike storage room, and all household appliances ( washing machine, dishwasher) are available.
The apartment is located in Stuttgart-Ost, 2 minutes from Schlachthof U-Baum station (U9). From here you can be in the city center in a few minutes (Charlottenplatz 10 min, Hbf 14 minutes. Ostendplatz is walking distance with plenty options for supermarkets, bakeries, BW bank, GYM, post office, other shops, cafes and restaurants. Bus 45 is located directly in the corner, so the MB Arena and MB Museum can be reached easily as well. Parking in the front or the back of the building is very easy, secure and for free!
In general your rommies have always led a very free, spontaneous and informal flat-sharing community. For everyone to feel comfortable and at home, we like to keep the WG clean and tidy. We cook and sit together in the evening while exchanging and talking. In the current situation, we are mostly at home since Home-Office became the “new normal” but of course that's all up to you. Alle kann nichts muss:)
The move-in date is ideally from January the 1st. If you think the flat share is something for you, we look forward to your message (gladly with your interests, work / study etc.) You are also welcome to send us your Insta or Facebook profile and introduce yourself a bit :)
