Hallo liebe WG-Zimmer-Suchende,
ich bin auf der Suche nach einem/einer neuen offenen und sympathischen Mitbewohner*in.
Das 16 m² große Zimmer ist mit einem Schrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einem kleinen Kallax-Regal ausgestattet. Die Vorhänge sollten übernommen werden - das zweite kallax Regal, die Kleiderstange sowie das Bettgestell kann bei Interesse eventuell auch übernommen werden (kann noch besprochen werden).
Der Schnitt bietet viele Möglichkeiten das Zimmer gemütlich einzurichten.
Im Keller befinden sich zwei Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner, die sich mit den anderen Wohnungen geteilt werden. Im Haus sind vor allem andere WGs mit Studenten und Berufsanfängern. Die Kehrwoche erledigt der Hausmeister, was wirklich sehr angenehm ist!

I am looking for a new open and friendly roommate.
The 16 m² room is equipped with a wardrobe, a desk with chair and a small Kallax shelf. The curtains should be taken over - the second kallax shelf, the clothes rail and the bed frame can be discussed.
The cut offers many possibilities to furnish the room comfortably.
In the basement there are two washing machines and a dryer, which are shared with the other apartments. In the house there are mainly other shared flats with students and young professionals. The janitor does the (super German^^) "Kehrwoche", which is really very pleasant!
Man kann von hier aus tolle Spaziergänge Richtung Schloßpark/Rosensteinpark oder auch zum Neckar machen. Außerdem sind das Wasengelände und die Arenen fußläufig erreichbar.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Schlachthof der U9 ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür oder die U4 ist in 6 Minuten erreichbar, mit denen man in ca. 15 min in der Innenstadt von Stuttgart ist. Innerhalb von 8 Minuten kommt man zum lebhaften Ostendplatz mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, dm, Apotheken und Bäcker.
Mit einem Bewohnerparkausweis ist das Parken in der Straße möglich.

The underground station Schlachthof of the U9 is almost right outside the front door or the U4 is reachable in 6 minutes, with which you are in about 15 minutes in the city center of Stuttgart. Within 8 minutes you reach the lively Ostendplatz with shops such as REWE, dm, pharmacies and bakeries.
Parking in the street is possible with a resident's parking card.
Ich bin Sarah, bin gelernte Erzieherin und mache derzeit eine Weiterbildung zur Fachlehrkraft für Sonderpädagogik. Ich gehe gerne spazieren und genieße die Natur, mache gerne Workouts und liebe das Reisen. Gelegentlich übe ich an meiner Gitarre :) Ansonsten probiere ich gerne neue Rezepte oder neue Restaurants aus.
Da wir kein Wohnzimmer haben, nutzen wir gerne die geräumige Küche für gemeinsame Kochabende oder genießen unseren kleinen sonnigen Balkon. Frei nach dem Motto „Alles kann, nichts muss“ hat natürlich auch jede gern mal ihre Ruhe. Als neue*n Mitbewohner*in wünsche ich mir jemanden, der die WG nicht nur als reines Dach über dem Kopf versteht.
My name is Sarah, I am an early years educator and I am currently studying to become a specialist teacher for special education. I like to go for walks and enjoy nature, I like to do workouts at home and I love travelling. Occasionally I practice on my guitar :) Otherwise I like to try new recipes or new restaurants.
Since we do not have a living room, we like to use the spacious kitchen for common cooking evenings or enjoy our small sunny balcony. Freely according to the motto “Everything can, nothing has to”, of course everyone likes to have their peace and quiet. As a new roommate, I would like someone who doesn't see the flat as just a roof over your head.
