Hallo ihr Suchenden,
in unserer sehr feinen Stöckach-Wg wird ein Zimmer zum 1. September 2021 frei - möglicherweise auch früher, Anfang August . Die Wohnung wird im Januar 2023 renoviert. Deshalb würde der Vertrag bis Ende 2022 befristet sein.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 17qm groß und mit seinen hohen Wänden und zwei Fenstern hell und freundlich. Der Raum ist groß genug, um einen schönen Arbeits- und Sitzbereich zu haben, sowie freie Fläche für Tanz, Bewegung oder Gäste. Außerdem kann es unmöbliert oder teilmöbliert gemietet werden.
Unsere Küche besitzt alles was das Herz begehrt: eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und einen gemütlichen Sitzbereich. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung zwar eher klein, wir haben auch kein Wohnzimmer, die Zimmer sind allerdings recht groß und wegen der hohen Decken und großen Fenster wirken die übrigen Räume trotzdem freundlich und gemütlich.
Zur WG gehören außerdem ein Fahrradkeller und ein Dachbodenabteil.

Hello you who are searching for a flatshare,
one room in our very fine Stöckach-Wg will be available from September 1st 2021 (possibly also earlier August 2021). There apartment will be renovated in 2023. That is why the contract is currently limited until December 31st 2022.
The room is about 18 square meters in size. It has two windows, one of which faces an inner courtyard, and is therefore bright and friendly. The room is big enough to have a nice work and seating area, as well as empty space for dance, exercise or guests. Additionally, it can be rented unfurnished or semi-furnished.
Our kitchen is the heart of the apartment. It has everything you could wish for: a dishwasher, a washing machine and a cosy sitting area. Otherwise, the apartment is rather small, we also have no living room, but the rooms are quite large and because of the high ceilings and large windows, the other rooms still look friendly and cozy.
There is also a cellar for bicycles and an attic compartment.
Die Lage ist wirklich super. In 2 Minuten bist du bei der U-Bahn Haltestelle Stöckach und in 12 Minuten zu Fuß am Hauptbahnhof. Den Obere Schlossgarten liegt auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt!
Trotz zentraler Lage haben wir es schön ruhig, da die Wohnung Richtung Innenhof gerichtet ist. Von hier bist du in nur 15 Minuten auch am Ostendplatz (zu Fuß). Der Eugensplatz, die Uhlandshöhe oder der Park Villa Berg sind auch ca 15 min zu Fuß entfernt, sodass man immer auch direkt ins Grüne oder zu schönen Aussichtspunkten spazieren kann :) Ganz in der Nähe gibt´s einen Bioladen sowie einen Penny, einen Bäcker und mehrere Imbissläden, alles gut und schnell erreichbar.

The location is really great. The park (Obere Schlossgarten) is also only 2 minutes away. In 2 minutes you are at the metro station Stöckach and in 12 minutes walking distance at the main railway station. Despite the central location, it is nice because the apartment is facing the courtyard. From here you are also at Ostendplatz in only 15 minutes (by foot). The Eugensplatz, the Uhlandshöhe or the park Villa Berg are also about 15 minutes away on foot, so you can always walk directly into the greenery or to beautiful viewpoints :) Nearby there is an organic food shop as well as a Penny, a baker and several snack shops, all easily and quickly accessible.
Wir sind keine Zweck WG! Zwei von uns werden ausziehen, also werden zwei Zimmer in der Wohnung frei. Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerinn ist Lili (22). Lili studiert an der Abk - Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Künste, ist freundlich und kreativ, und würde sich freuen, dich kennenzulernen!
Wenn wir Zeit fanden, haben wir gerne zusammen gekocht oder ein Glas Wein getrunken oder einfach schöne Gespräche in der Küche geführt (oder ein Picknick im Park). Außerdem lieben wir eine entspannte Atmosphäre und versuchen immer wieder, neue Kräuterpflanzen in unseren Küchenfenstergarten zu setzen. :-D

We are no Zweck WG! Two of us will be moving out, so two rooms in the apartment will be available. Your future roommate is Lili! Lili(22) studies at the ABK - Academy of Fine Arts, is friendly and creative, and would love to meet you! So far, whenever we found time, we enjoyed cooking together or drinking a glass of wine or just having nice conversations in the kitchen or a picnic in the park. In addition, we love a relaxed atmosphere and always try to add new herb plants to our kitchen window garden. :-D
Wir freuen uns von dir zu hören und ein paar Worte von dir zu lesen, wer du bist, was dir wichtig ist und, was du in Stuttgart vor hast. Wäre schön noch ein Gesicht (Facebook o.ä.) dazu zu haben.

Wir werden die Besichtigungen so gut es geht coronakonform gestalten (geöffnete Fenster, Abstand und Maske...). Gerne können wir das Treffen aber auch online machen! :)

We would love to get to know you personally and will arrange the visits as best as possible in a corona-conform way (open windows, distance...). Online meetings are of course also possible! :)
