Dein Zimmer ist 19 qm groß und ist durch die großen Fenster sehr hell.
Schöner Fischgrät-Dielenboden.
Zudem würden wir uns noch das 15qm große Wohnzimmer teilen. Das Wohnzimmer kann natürlich je nach Lust und Laune umdekoriert und mitgestaltet werden!
Dann gibt es da noch eine Küche mit einem kleinen Balkon Richtung Süd/West und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und einen großen Flur.
Hier im Haus wohnen viele andere Wgs mit vielen netten jungen Leuten.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz praktisch in einer Seitenstraße
und es ist hier deshalb auch relativ ruhig.
Zur nächsten U-bahn Haltestelle Stöckach brauchst du 2 min zu Fuß.
Der Schlosspark liegt etwa 5 min entfernt.
Hey hey, ich bin Anna und suche nach einer/m unkomplizierten lustigen Mitbewohner/ Mitbewohnerin.
Ich arbeite unter der Woche, aber bin immer gerne für ein Feierabendbier/ Wein, zum chillen oder für irgendwelche Bars oder sonstige Aktivitäten zu haben. Alles kann, aber nichts muss natürlich. Fühl dich frei!
Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind auch schon da.
