Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, 20 qm, teilweise möbliert (über Möblierung kann nochmal separat gesprochen werden), große Fenster, dadurch sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist nicht auf der Sonnenseite, sodass es im Sommer kühl bleibt.
Sehr zentrale Lage (am Neckartor), trotzdem sehr ruhig, kein Verkehrslärm, 2 Minuten bis zu U-Bahn Station „Neckartor“
Das WG-Zimmer wird zunächst zur Zwischenmiete vermietet, ab September besteht dann aber die Möglichkeit auf eine unbefristete Übernahme, allerdings erhöht sich dann der Preis. Im anderen Zimmer wohnt aktuell auch ein Mädel zur Zwischenmiete bis August.
