Das Zimmer ist groß, 20 m2, das Fenster befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes, also nicht zur Straße hin. Daher kann man dort sehr bequem schlafen.
Es ist teilweise möbliert, diese Möbel können dort bleiben oder entfernt werden, es liegt ganz bei Ihnen. Der Boden ist aus Holz.
Das Gebäude befindet sich vor dem Karl-Olga-Krankenhaus. Die U-Bahn-Station U4 und U9 liegt 2 Gehminuten vom Gebäude entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es einen riesigen Park, der Teil des Schlossgartens ist, in der Nähe gibt es außerdem 2 Supermärkte, 2 Banken, 1 Drogerie und viele weitere Apotheken.
Normalerweise sind wir am Wochenende hier, den Rest der Woche arbeiten wir, manchmal auch im Homeoffice, aber das hängt von der Jahreszeit ab. Wir pflegen ein respektvolles Miteinander und das erwarten wir auch von der anderen Person, die hier leben darf.
Wir haben für jede Woche einen Plan, wenn es um die Reinigung der Wohnung geht.
Wir verstehen uns sehr gut miteinander, es gibt nicht so viele Komplikationen.
