Ich vermiete mein Zimmer über die Ferien vom 30.07. bis zum 30.09. Da ich danach vollständig ausziehen werde, kann das Zimmer auf Nachfrage bei der Wohnheimverwaltung möglicherweise auch dauerhaft übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 4er Mädchen WG, weshalb ich auch auf der Suche nach einem weiteren Mädchen bin. Außerdem verfügt das Zimmer über einen großzügigen Balkon. Die WG ist weiterhin mit einer Küche und zwei Bädern ausgestattet. Das Zimmer kann leider nur an Studierende der Universität Hohenheim, oder Studierende einer anderen Hochschule, welche an der Universität Hohenheim ein Praktikum absolvieren, vermietet werden.
I rent my room for the holidays from 30.07. until 30.09. Since I will move out completely afterwards, the room can possibly be taken over permanently upon request from the dormitory administration. The room is in a shared flat for 4 girls, which is why I am also looking for another girl. The room also has a spacious balcony. The flat share is also equipped with a kitchen and two bathrooms. Unfortunately, the room can only be rented to students at the University of Hohenheim or students from another university who are doing an internship at the University of Hohenheim.
Zu Fuß sind es zur Universität ca 12 Minuten. Ein Supermarkt ist in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In einer Minute Fußweg befindet sich die nächste Bushaltestelle. In 8 Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahn Station. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und gut angebunden.
It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the university. A supermarket can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The next bus stop is a minute's walk away. In 8 minutes you can reach the subway station. The area is very quiet and well connected.
Die anderen Mitbewohnerinnen sind seht freundlich und hilfsbereit. Falls du Interesse hast kannst du dich sehr gerne melden ☺️.
