Hi everyone,
Due to my job, I have to reallocate. Therefore, there is one nice and affordable room in a modern WG offered to you.
This room is well furnished and located on the ground floor.
The location is very ideal.
Within 2 minutes on foot, you can reach Bus-stop Plieningen Post where you can catch buses (65, 70, 73, 74, 76, 122) which have a good connection with U-Bahn station in Plieningen (3 Minutes), Degerloch (15 Minutes), and Ruhbank (12 Minutes). Additionally, it takes just 5 minutes to the Stuttgart Airport with buses 65 or 122 and 4 Minutes to Universität Hohenheim.
The two closest supermarkets (Netto) take only 5 minutes on foot. All bakeries, Ice cream stores, Italian restaurants, Apotheke (with Quicktest appointment), Hair Salon, Dentists.... are reachable within 3-5 minutes on foot.
WG Life is uncomplicated.
Currently, there are three other flatmates living here. Fang is a research student at the University of Hohenheim. Midu is studying Engineering and Himanshi is studying Biotechnology. They are all nice, kind, and uncomplicated.
The moving date is flexible.
The room is available from August. Therefore, you can move in from August or September as you wish. You will contact directly with the landlord regarding the contract.
The rent is 250 Euro (warm) including internet, electricity, and heating. The Radio is not included.
If you are interested in the room, you can contact me by writing a message, introducing yourself and the expected moving date, then we can arrange a time to introduce you to the house in general and your room.
