ich bin Student und ziehe wieder in meine Heimatstadt in Bayern zurück. Mein Zimmer habe ich zum 28.02.2022 gekündigt und suche nun einen Nachmieter um die Mietkosten bis dahin so gut es geht einzusparen. Das heißt, falls du dringend eine Wohnung suchst kannst du sofort einziehen (:
Das Zimmer hat 16qm und eine quadratische Grundform. Als ich einzog handelte es sich um den Erstbezug der Wohnung nach der Sanierung. Dementsprechend sind auch noch alle Wände in einem frischen Weiß und die Wohnung wirkt sehr neu und modern.
Im Zimmer gibt es einen Anschluss für Satellitenfernseher und Ethernet/LAN sowie sieben Steckdosen. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, zwei Bäder und eine kleine Küche sowie einen Balkon.
Teile des Möbilars können je nach gefallen übernommen werden (Ausnahme ist der Schreibtisch)

The room has 16 sqm and is cubic. Since I moved in first after the apartment had been refurbished everything is still very clean and new.
There is a port for satellite TV and Ethernet/LAN as well as seven electrical sockets. The apartment has three rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen as well as a balcony.
you can take over parts of my furniture if you want (except the desk table)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Roggenstraße 20, man kommt innerhalb von 3-4 Minuten zu der nächsten Bushaltestelle. Es gibt zwei Nettos in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie mehrere Restaurants. Zur Uni Hohenheim ist man in 15 - 20 Minuten gelaufen.

The Apartment is in Roggenstraße 20, it takes about 3-4 Minutes to get to the nearest busstop, there are two grocery discounters in close proximity (also about 3-4 minutes walking). If you are a student at Uni Hohenheim, you can walk there in about 15 - 20 minutes (or take the bus which takes about 10 min).

Die beiden weiblichen Mitbewohnerinnen werden höchstwahrscheinlich ebenfalls Mitte nächsten Jahres ausziehen, demnach kann man die WG komplett neu entstehen lassen. Es gab kein wirkliches WG Leben, da beide Mitebewohnerinnen arbeitstätig sind und sich deren Alltag stark von meinem studentischen Leben unterschied.

The two females living in the apartment will likely also leave the apartment sometime next year. You will therefore have the chance to create your own WG-Life. There was not a real WG-life, as our daily routines were too different.

Ich biete an dass du die weiße Kommode und den Schrank übernehmen kannst. Wenn dringend Bedarf da ist, trenne ich mich ebenfalls von meinem Maßgefertigten Pallettenbett und Nachtschrank. Der Fernseher kann bei Übernahme als Bonus behalten werden. Ich habe übrigens auch eine große moderne Zimmerlampe installiert mit Dimm-Funktion und Fernbedienung installiert, für die ich nichts haben will.

Pallettenbett + Matratze: 200€ (Palletten sind auf genau eine 1,60m Matratze zugeschnitten und abgeschliffen. Es sind jeweils zwei Palletten übereinander gestapelt. Die Matratze hat neu 250€ gekostet und hat einen perfekten Zustand, da sie mit Topper benutzt wurde)
Schrank + Kommode: 250€ (keine 4 Monate alt und sorgfältig aufgebaut)
Spiegel: 0€
Lampe: 0€ (eigentlich 49€)
Dringend loswerden will ich nur Schrank und Kommode, da der abtransport kompliziert ist und ich in meiner neuen Wohnung nicht wirklich Platz dafür habe.

Basically, you can take over the whole room if you want and urgently need. I've installed a new lamp with remote control. If you decide to buy my furniture, you can have the TV for free. In sum it would be 450€ but we can also figure out a price for only certain furniture.
