Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Sackgasse in dem sehr gut gelegenen Riedenberg. Der Stadtteil ist sehr ruhig und grün. Am Ende der Straße ist der Eichenhain, ein Park der zum Spazieren gehen, Joggen, Picknicken oder einfach nur Verweilen einlädt.

Von der Wohnung sind es 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle Steinäcker. Von dort fährt die Buslinie 65 innerhalb von 10 Minuten direkt zur Uni Hohenheim. In die andere Richtung ist man mit dem Bus in 3 Minuten an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Schemppstraße. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb 15 Minuten an der Haltestelle Schemppstraße.
Von dort sind es mit der U7 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof (über Ruhbank, Waldau, Charlottenplatz, Schlossplatz). Zur Universität Stuttgart sind es nur 20 Minuten.
Mit der U8 und der S2 ist man innerhalb 30 Minuten an der Universität Stuttgart Campus Vaihingen und der Hochschule der Medien.

Ebenfalls in 3 Gehminuten ist man an einem kleinen Cap Markt. Der Sillenbucher Markt ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort gibt es einen Edeka, Netto, Bäcker, DM, Optiker, Schuhmacher, sowie ein Fitnessstudio.

Sportmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe im Eichenhain, dem Sportverein Sillenbuch, TSV Heumaden oder der Waldau (Kletterhalle, TUS Stuttgart, Eiswelt Stuttgart, Laufbahn, Fußballplätze).

The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac in the very well situated Riedenberg. The district is very quiet and green. At the end of the street is the Eichenhain, a park ideal for walking, jogging, picnicking or just relaxing.

From the apartment it is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop Steinäcker. From there the bus line 65 goes directly to the University of Hohenheim within 10 minutes. In the other direction you can reach the subway stop Schemppstraße within 3 minutes by bus and 15 minutes on foot.
From there it is 15 minutes ride by tram ( U7) to the main station (via Ruhbank, Waldau, Charlottenplatz, Schlossplatz). The University of Stuttgart is only 20 minutes away.
With the U8 and the S2 you can reach the University of Stuttgart Campus Vaihingen and the Hochschule der Medien within 30 minutes.

A small Cap Market is within 3 minutes and the larger Sillenbucher market, including an Edeka, Netto, bakery, DM, Optician, shoemaker and gym, is within 10 walking distance.

There are sports facilities in the immediate vicinity in the Eichenhain, the sports club Sillenbuch, TSV Heumaden or the Waldau (climbing hall, TUS Stuttgart, Eiswelt Stuttgart, running track, football fields).

Mitte Februar (Auszugsdatum flexibel) verlassen uns zwei unserer Mitbewohner welche gemeinsam in diesem Zimmer gewohnt haben. Kevin und Amy bleiben in der WG und sind deshalb auf der Suche nach einem/r neuen MitbewohnerIn (w/m/d). :)

Kevin, 23, wohnt in der oberen Etage der WG im zweitgrößten Zimmer. Er ist gelernter Modedesigner, kocht gerne und lässt sich noch lieber bekochen. ;) Er ist sehr gesellig, spontan und für jede Aktion zu haben. In seiner Freizeit trifft er sich gerne mit Freunden, spielt leidenschaftlich gerne Gesellschaftsspiele oder entspannt auf der Terrasse.

Amy wohnt in dem kleinsten der WG-Zimmer.

Gemeinsam als WG versuchen wir einmal die Woche einen WG-Abend zu machen. Wir kochen und essen gerne gemeinsam, spielen Exit Games, Da Vinci Code und andere Spiele oder machen einen Filmeabend.

Wir würden uns über jemanden freuen der auch mal Lust auf gemeinsames Grillen oder Kochen, sowie gemütliches Zusammensitzen oder Weggehen hat. Und ansonsten macht jeder sein Ding :)

In mid-February (move-out date flexible), two of our flatmates who lived together in this room will be leaving us. Kevin and Amy will stay in the shared flat and are therefore looking for a new flatmate (f/m/d). :)

Kevin, 23, lives on the top floor of the shared flat in the second largest room. He has a degree in fashion design, likes to cook and likes to be cooked for even more ;) He is very sociable, spontaneous and up for any action. In his free time he likes to meet friends, play board games or relax on the terrace.

Amy lives in the smallest of the shared rooms.

All together we try to have a "flatmates evening" once a week. We like to cook and eat together, play exit games, Da Vinci Code and other games or have a movie night.

We would be happy to welcome someone who also enjoys cooking or having a bbq, as well as relaxing or going out together. And otherwise everyone does his own thing :)

We would be very pleased about applications with the greeting "Hello sheep meadow".

Die Wohnung hat 89qm und erstreckt sich über die zwei oberen Stockwerke eines Zweifamilienhauses. Es hat einen großen Eingangsbereich und Flur mit Garderobe. Von dort aus gelangt man in das größte Zimmer der WG und das 16qm große Wohn- und Esszimmer. Hier befinden sich eine Couch, ein Esstisch (klappbar) sowie ein großer Einbauschrank der sehr viel Stauraum bietet.
Vom gemeinsamen Wohnbereich kommt man auf die 23qm Terrasse (Südseite) die mit Markise, Tisch, Stühlen, sowie Lounge Ecke ausgestattet ist.
Vom Flur gelangt man ebenfalls in das Bad das eine Badewanne/Dusche hat, zu einem separaten WC und zur gemütlichen Wohnküche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Ofen, Spülmaschine und Geschirr, diversen Elektrogeräten, sowie einem Tisch und Stühlen.
Im 2. OG befinden sich Kevins und Amys Zimmer (15qm und 12qm).

Im Keller befindet sich in der Waschküche die Waschmaschine.

Parken ist überall in der Straße möglich und es findet sich auch immer ein Parkplatz.

In den Nebenkosten sind Wasser, Strom, Gas, Müll, Heizung und Internet enthalten.

The apartment has 89qm and extends over the two upper floors of a two-families house. It has a large entrance area and hallway with a wardrobe. From there you have access to the largest room in the shared flat and the 16 sqm living and dining area, equipped with a couch, a dining table with chairs and a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
From the common living area you reach the 23qm terrace (south side) which is equipped with awning, table, chairs, as well as a lounge corner.
From the hallway you also reach the bathroom, which has a bathtub/shower, a separate toilet and a cosy kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and crockery, various electrical appliances, as well as a table and chairs.
On the 2nd floor there are Kevin's and Amy's rooms (15qm and 12qm).

In the laundry room located in the cellar a washing machine is at your disposal.

Parking is possible everywhere in the street and you will always find a spot.

The additional costs include water, electricity, gas, garbage, heating and internet.
