Hi there,
I am leaving for around one month and want to rent my room. I live with two other students from the University of Hohenheim. David is from Ghana and Julia is German. We made a friendly atmosphere in our flat.
The room is quit furnished with a private bathroom.
The flat has three rooms with one shared bathroom. The flat is also furnished. You have almost every thing you need to cook in the kitchen, even for dirty dishes we have a dish washing dish. Moreover, we have a washing machine in the basement.
The flat is located in a very quiet area in Schoenberg and Birkach. You need to walk around 7 minutes to catch bus in Taldorfer statoin or 12 minuts to Birkach west.
You can access to a high speed internet WLAN. There is a central heating system and it works well. All heating, water, electricity and internet etc. are included in the rent and you do not need to pay for them.
Unfortunately, my cellphone is recently broken, so, please contact me via email. I check my email hourly. I usually reply once I receive a new email.
