Ich 36 Jahre alt, männlich und meine Katze suchen einen neue/n Mitbewohner/in in unserer 2er WG. Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß und mit Teppich ausgelegt. Ein Kleiderschrank steht zur Verfügung. Ansonsten stehen keine Möbel im Zimmer. Die Wohnung an sich hat einen Balkon, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche die mit fast allen gängigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet ist. Im Zimmer befinden sich 2 große Fenster.

Das Haus befindet sich mitten im Herzen von Sommerrain. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und schön. Die Wohnung liegt im EG eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit insgesamt 6 Parteien. Zur S-bahn sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der S-Bahn ca. 15 Minuten. U-Bahn ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß ebenfalls erreichbar. Ein Rewe-Markt und ein Aldi sind ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ich suche eine ruhigen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin. Grundsätzlich ist mir gegenseitiges Vertrauen und Privatsphäre sehr wichtig. Sämtliche Haushaltsarbeiten übernehme ich gerne. In der Gesamtmiete sind die Kosten für Strom, Internet und Telefon sowie GEZ bereits miteinberechnet.
