A room (13.48 square meters) with large balcony (10.26 square meters) is available on its own, the bathroom in the same upper floor may be shared with another person. Entrance area with staircase, laundry/drying room in the basement and the kitchen are used together. On a common living area there are another 26 sqm (without cellar rooms). A separate parking space on the property is available (40 €).
The room has a new grey vinyl floor in parquet optics. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, thermal insulation, plastic windows with manual roller shutters, WLAN. The apartment is furnished, see pictures.
The apartment has a spacious daylight bath with shower, toilet and sink with mirror door cabinet.
Washing machine and dryer as well as the freezer can be used in the basement.

From here you will be at Stuttgart Main Station in just 19 minutes. Or even in a few minutes at the Porsche plants. A net and a rewe cover daily needs.
Diese Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses und liegt in einer ruhigen und grünen Lage von Stuttgart-Stammheim, mit nur 3 Laufminuten zur Endhaltestelle der U-Bahn U15 von Stammheim. Von hier aus sind Sie in nur 19 Minuten am Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof. Oder auch in wenigen Minuten bei den Porsche-Werken. Ein Netto und ein Rewe decken den täglichen Bedarf.
It is a maximum of 3 WG. I myself have two daughters in the middle of 20 who visit me occasionally, so this age is also very familiar to me;-).
To the WG itself: Everyone lives for himself and we take care of each other, keep everything clean. Enjoy a chat, common cooking in the kitchen or a games evening. Or, with the same hobbies/interests, something common, but it doesn't have to. Parties and visits are unfortunately limited because everyone has to go through my rooms.
Es handelt sich maximal um eine 3er WG. Ich selbst habe zwei Töchter Mitte 20, die mich ab und zu mal besuchen, somit ist mir auch dieses Alter sehr vertraut ;-).
Zur WG selbst: Jeder wohnt für sich und wir nehmen aufeinander Rücksicht, halten alles sauber. Gerne mal ein Plausch, gemeinsames Kochen in der Küche oder ein Spieleabend. Oder bei gleichen Hobbies/Interessen auch hier was Gemeinsames, muss aber nicht. Parties und Besuche gehen leider nur begrenzt, da ja jeder durch meine Räume muss.
