Hallo liebe/r Wohnungssuchende/r,
aufgrund meines Praxissemesters wird ab Ende Oktober bis März 2016 ein schönes, helles WG-Zimmer in der Bergrat-Voigt-Straße 34 zur Zwischenmiete frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12m² groß und wird voll möbliert übergeben. Voll möbliert heißt, für die Zeit der Miete würde ich Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Nachttisch, Schrank, sowie Bett in Ilmenau lassen. Also ganz entspannt Koffer mitbringen, einräumen, wohlfühlen und los geht’s ;-)
Die Wohnung hat ingesamt 3 Zimmer, ein weiteres ist bewohnt und das dritte wird als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer genutzt, außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine helle, große WG-Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Der Stollen ist ein beliebtes Wohnviertel bei Studenten, da der Campus unmittelbar in Reichweite ist. (ca 10min zu Fuß) Zum Bahnhof, zur Innenstadt oder zum Kaufland sind es auch nur 10min Fußweg und einen Supermarkt (Edeka) gibt es direkt vor der Haustür.
