Hallo, ich bin Houssein, ein Software-Engineering-Student, und werde die nächsten zwei Wochen verreisen. Deshalb möchte ich mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer in der Studentenwohnanlage Heilmannstraße 4a zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist vom 14. bis 31. März verfügbar. Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, kann das Zimmer nur an Studierende vermietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist eine 6er-WG im 1. Stock, das Gebäude verfügt aber auch über einen Aufzug. Es gibt eine große Küche sowie zwei Bäder. Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 16 m² groß und bietet ausreichend Platz.
Das Wohnheim liegt in Stuttgart-Ost, aber dennoch sehr nah am Stadtzentrum. Die U-Bahn-Stationen Neckartor und Stöckach sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort aus erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in wenigen Minuten.
Die Miete beträgt 200 Euro (inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Internet).

Hi, I’m Houssein, a software engineering student, and I’ll be traveling for the next two weeks. That’s why I’d like to sublet my room.
I’m offering a furnished room in the student dormitory at Heilmannstraße 4a. The room is available for subletting from March 14 to 31. Since it’s a student dormitory, it can only be rented to students.
The apartment is a shared 6-person flat on the 1st floor, with an elevator in the building. It has a spacious kitchen and two bathrooms. The room itself is quite large, approximately 16 m².
The dormitory is in Stuttgart-East, close to the city center. The Neckartor and Stöckach subway stations are just a few minutes’ walk away, and from there, you can reach the city center in no time.
The rent is 200 euros, all-inclusive (utilities and internet).
