In our 2nd WG will be from 1. June 2025 a beautiful, bright room with about 20 m2 free. The apartment is located in Schwarenbergstraße, just 2 minutes from the main railway station (bus line 40 direction Vogelsang virtually on the door). Supermarkets and everything important can be found in a few minutes walk.
The room is about 20 m2 tall, has bright wooden floor, a large window with plenty of daylight and is rectangular cut – ideal for bed, desk and shelves.
It can be taken over partially furnished on request -
Luc, who moves back to Switzerland at the end of May, would offer the following IKEA furniture to take over:
- Sofa fryers ~120€

- Floor lamp Free
To the apartment:

In unserer 2er-WG wird ab dem 1. Juni 2025 ein schönes, helles Zimmer mit ca. 20 m² frei. Die Wohnung liegt in der Schwarenbergstraße, nur 2 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt (Buslinie 40 Richtung Vogelsang quasi vor der Tür). Supermärkte und alles Wichtige findest du in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß, hat hellen Holzboden, ein großes Fenster mit viel Tageslicht und ist rechteckig geschnitten – ideal für Bett, Schreibtisch und Regale.
Es kann auf Wunsch teilmöbliert übernommen werden -
Luc, der Ende Mai zurück in die Schweiz zieht, würde folgende IKEA Möbel zum Übernehmen anbieten:

The apartment is located in a well maintained old building with a pleasant neighborhood. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in front of the house. The room can be partially furnished after consultation. A basement compartment is available.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem gepflegten Altbau mit angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Rauchen ist nur vor dem Haus gestattet. Das Zimmer kann nach Absprache teilmöbliert übernommen werden. Ein Kellerabteil steht zur Verfügung.
