Hallo liebe WG-suchende, unser Zimmer wird ab dem 15.09 frei für euch. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert. Bett, Schrank sowie der Esstisch wird bleiben. Nachttische, Bild und das Sofa sollte für 100 € übernommen werden.
Du erreichst die nächste U-Bahn (U6) in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch der Nachtbus hält direkt vor der Türe. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten bist du mit der U-Bahn am Schlossplatz, der Flughafen ist 5 km entfernt. Lidl, Edeka, Müller, Apotheke sowie Ärzte sind Fußläufig erreichbar.
Die WG wird bisher von Sanounu, Johannes, Christian und mir bewohnt. Nach Rücksprache mit unseren Vermietern kann das Zimmer gerne wieder von einem Pärchen bezogen werden.
Der Mietpreis für 2 Personen liegt bei 585€ warm. Der Mietpreis für eine Person liegt bei 525€ warm. Hierbei ist schon alles dabei, auch W-LAN, Strom etc.
Die Besichtigung würde ab Mittwoch den 14.08 stattfinden.
