from 01.11.22 a room in our Villa-Süd will be available. So we are looking for a new strangeerrrr.
It is 9 square meters big and very bright thanks to its large window.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a three-party house in a quiet location. There are a total of 3 WG-rooms, a large kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a winter garden, where you can enjoy the sun very nicely with a view of the garden and the vineyards. A washing machine & dishwasher and WiFi are also available.

ab dem 01.11.22 wird ein Zimmer in unserer Villa-Süd frei. So we are looking for a new strangeerrrr.
Es ist 9qm groß und durch sein großes Fenster sehr hell.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG eines Drei-Parteien-Hauses in ruhiger Lage. Insgesamt sind 3 WG-Zimmer vorhanden, eine große Küche, ein Bad, ein WC und ein Wintergarteenn, auf dem sich sehr schön die Sonne genießen lässt mit Blick in den Garten und auf die Weinberge. Auch eine Waschmaschine & Spülmaschine und WLAN ist vorhanden.

In the Hood Süd you can feel free .. You feel the diversity, the solidarity, historical city life and the joie de vivre .. You can experience more for yourself :)
The parking facilities is not perfect but the connection to public transport is first class and in summer you can even sleep well with the window open;)
The Erwin-Schöttle-Platz underground station can be reached in one minute by foot. From here it is about 20 minutes to the city center by foot and 3 minutes by train.
Shops, restaurants, fitness studios etc. are easily accessible. For sports fans there is a sports field very close by, which offers a huge selection of sports activities and events or where you can simply meet up for jogging. Nature lovers also get their money's worth. From the front door you can be in the vineyards in a few minutes, from which you get a wonderful view over Stuttgart.

In the Hood Süd fühlst du dich frei.. Spürst du die Vielfalt, die Solidarität, historisches Stadtleben und die Lebensfreude.. Also mehr kannst du selbst erfahren :)
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind complex aber die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist erstklassig und man kann im Sommer sogar gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen ;)
In einer Minute zu Fuß ist die U-Bahn Haltestelle Erwin-Schöttle-Platz zu erreichen. Von hier aus sind es etwa 20 Minuten bis zur Stadtmitte zu Fuß und 3 Minuten mit der Bahn.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Fitnessstudios etc. sind leicht erreichbar. Für Sportfreunde ist sehr nah einen Sportplatz, welcher eine riesige Auswahl an Sportaktivitäten und -events bietet oder in dem man sich einfach zum Joggen verabreden kann. Auch Naturliebhaber kommen auf ihre Kosten. Von der Haustür aus ist man in wenigen Minuten in den Weinbergen, von denen man einen wundervollen Blick über Stuttgart bekommt.
Your future roommates are Mahir (29), who works as an IT specialist, likes to philosophize and read, and is interested in music, hiking, bouldering, art, cinematography, cooking. Coco (28) is working as an Educator in a Kindergarten. And she loves to dance and watch French films. She is also passionate about foreign languages, cooking, and going out for a walk.
In good weather, the garden also offers an alternative to a cozy sit-in or a barbecue evening.
So we are a very relaxed flatshare where everyone is considerate of each other and there is always a good atmosphere. Joint cooking days or a glass of wine/beer and a chat are possible here.
The monthly rent is € 370. The deposit is € 500.

*We bought a dishwasher which we share the cost of it all together: 125€ which you'll get it back from the new tenant of your room once you move out.
The landlord also lives in the city and is very nice and helpful. He is always available for us.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind: Mahir (29), arbeitet als Fachinformatiker, philosophiert und liest gerne, interessiert sich für Musik, Wandern-Bouldern, Kunst, Cinematography, Kochen. Coco (28) arbeitet als Erzieherin in einem Kindergarten. Sie liebt es zu tanzen und französische Filme zu sehen. Außerdem liebt sie Fremdsprachen, kocht gerne und geht gerne spazieren.
Bei gutem Wetter bietet der Garten selbstverständlich auch eine Alternative zum gemütlichen Sit ein oder einem Grillabend.
Wir sind also eine sehr entspannte WG, in der jeder aufeinander Rücksicht nimmt und immer gute Stimmung herrscht. Gemeinsame Kochtage, oder ein Glas Wein/Bierchen, quatschen sind hier möglich.
Die monatliche Warmmiete beträgt 370€. Die Kaution beträgt 500€.

*Wir haben einen Geschirrspüler gekauft, dessen Kosten wir uns alle teilen: 125€, die du vom neuen Mieter deines Zimmers zurückbekommst, wenn du ausziehst .
Der Vermieter wohnt auch in der Stadt und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er ist jederzeit für uns erreichbar.
Es würde uns freuen, wenn du dir die WG als zukünftiges Zuhause vorstellen kannst und du dich uns vorstellst.
