Helles und 16qm Zimmer in einer schönen Altbauwohnung. Verfügbar ab dem 01.07.2023. Das Zimmer wird mit einem Bett angeboten.
Voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Siebträgermaschine, die gerne auch mitgenutzt werden kann. Dusche, WC, Flur.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Stuttgarter Süden, nicht weit weg vom Marienplatz. Die S-Bahn bzw. U-bahn ist direkt um die Ecke (ohne Umstieg zum HBF) und mit dem Fahrrad kommt man einfach und ohne Hügel ins Stadtinnere.
Ich selbst (32) bin neu in Stuttgart und habe einen Job im Design Bereich angenommen. Während des Studiums habe ich 10 Jahre WG Erfahrung sammeln können und freue mich auf einen neuen Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin.
Ich bin sowohl offen dafür mal etwas gemeinsam zu kochen als auch sich einfach im Zimmer zurückzuziehen. Ich würde mich als sehr umgänglichen Menschen bezeichnen, der gerne Kocht und ab und zu Sport macht.
Gesucht wird eine Person, die z.B. berufstätig ist oder sich mitten im Studium / Ende des Studiums befindet. Schreibt mir gerne, falls noch etwas unklar ist.
Im Keller ist noch gut Platz, sollte etwas zwischengelagert werden ist das kein Problem.
