Kleines aber sehr feines Zimmer.
Ausstattung: viel Stauraum im Einbauschrank und Regal, kein Bett.
Schönes, helles Wohnzimmer mit bester Aussicht und genauso schöne helle Küche als Gemeinschaftsbereich gibts dazu.
WC und Dusche sind in zwei getrennten Badezimmern, also ganz entspannte Bad-Situation. Dachboden als Stauraum und kleiner Gartenbereich steht auch zur Verfügung.
Im Preis ist alles enthalten, inkl. Wifi und GEZ. Zugegeben nicht günstig, aber dafür ein richtig gutes Wohnflair ;)

Equipment: a lot of storage space in the built-in wardrobe and shelf, no bed.
Beautiful, bright living room with best view and just as nice bright kitchen as a common area included
WC and shower are in two separate bathrooms, so quite relaxed bathroom situation. Attic for storage and a small garden area are also part of the flat.
The price includes everything, including Wifi and GEZ. Admittedly not cheap, but a really good living flair ;)
Ruhig in der Sackgasse, aber direkt beim Marienplatz. Also das beste aus beiden Welten :)

Very quiet street, but right by Marienplatz. So the best of both worlds :)
Habe selbst einen sehr vollen Alltag und bin öfters unterwegs , aber freue mich auch Abends gemeinsam mal zu kochen, oder morgens eine Tasse Kaffee zusammen zutrinken. ☕️

Das Auszugsdatum ist nicht fix, sondern flexibel. Irgendwann im Winter/ Frühjahr. Bitte gerne angeben, was da geschickt wäre für dich.
