Ich ziehe leider spontan aus der WG aus & suche eine passende Nachmieterin ab dem 18.12. :)
Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und sehr hell tagsüber. Hier kriegt man alles unter wie eine kommode, Schreibtisch und Bett. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, aber liegt etwas höher so dass niemand von der Straße aus in das Zimmer schauen kann.
Die Lage ist super, da man direkt vom Bihlplatz in die Stadtmitte oder zum Hbf kommt! Auch der Marienplatz ist nicht weit weg &zu Fuss gut erreichbar in 15 min. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen dhl shop, der sehr praktisch ist.
Auch die Parksituation ist entspannt, da in der seitenstraße eigentlich immer etwas frei ist.
Da alle Mädels arbeiten oder studieren sind wir alle tagsüber sehr busy. Daher treffen wir uns meistens abends in der Küche und kochen/quatschen dort. Je nachdem wie viel Interesse besteht sind die Mädels auch offen mehr innerhalb der WG zu unternehmen.:)
