Wichtig: Das freie Zimmer ist aktuell noch nicht in den Bildern enthalten.
Bei dem freien Zimmer handelt es sich um das momentane Zimmer meines Mitbewohners (~12qm). Die Wohnung ist aus Renovierungsgründen bis zum 28.02.2025 befristet. In den Nebenkosten sind sowohl GEZ als auch ein Internetanschluss enthalten. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Außer der Möblierung für das Zimmer wird also nichts weiteres benötigt.
In den "offiziellen" 64qm der Wohnung nicht enthalten ist ein Dachboden, der von uns momentan als Abstellmöglichkeit benutzt wird.
Gerne kurz melden, wenn es Fragen gibt. Eine Onlinebesichtigung ist auch möglich.

Ich verlasse die WG, da ich mit meiner Freundin zusammenziehe. Alois, euer potenzieller Mitbewohner arbeitet im Einzelhandel und muss daher oft recht früh raus. Ansonsten ist das zusammenleben mit Ihm aber sehr unproblematisch und harmonisch.
