Das Zimmer ist das größte der WG, ca 20qm. Durch die drei grossen Fenster am Erker kommt sehr viel Licht ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer wird vollmöbiliert vermietet, ich habe lediglich ein kleines Sofa selbst gekauft welches ich aber wieder mit nehme. Es steht such ein Samsung Smart TV im Zimmer, welcher auch zum Möbilar gehört.
Die Lage ist perfekt. 1 Minute vom Marienplatz. Rewe, Norma, Burger King, ÖPNV und sonstige Läden/ Restaurants gibt es in Gehweite.
Das WG Leben hatte sich bis jetzt sehr entspannt gestaltet. Da wir alle arbeiten, sind wir tagsüber alle beschäftigt, jedoch treffen wir uns Abends dann immer in der Küche.
Gerade wohnen neben mir (Willi, 26), noch Lynn und Clara. Clara zieht aber auch im Laufe des Jahres aus, weshalb sich auch an der Konstellation der WG etwas ändern wird. Das könntest du dann mitgestalten :)
Die Miete ist 720€ „all-inclusive“, heisst warm und mit internet etc. Da kommt nichts mehr oben drauf!
