4th WG at Marienplatz 4er WG beim Marienplatz

The location of the WG is very good.
It is located in Stuttgart-Süd, about a 3-minute walk from Marienplatz.
At Marienplatz there are two REWE (one of them has opened 24:00), a dm, a pharmacy and with its restaurants, bars and cafes, it is a popular place for Stuttgarters especially in summer.
The ÖPNV connection is also very good. From Marienplatz, metros, buses and the "Zacke". The subway is about 10 minutes on the HBF.
In the immediate vicinity there is also a net, Lidl and the gym "FIT ONE".
In less than 10 minutes walk you reach the shopping center "Gerber" and in a further 5 minutes you will be at the Rotebühlplatz or on the Königstraße.
In 5-10 min you are on Karlovy Vary. From here you have a beautiful view and in summer there is also a small beer garden.

The WG is located on the much-experienced main road, where it can sometimes be a bit louder by means of health care or honing cars - so if you are very sensitive to noise, it may not be the best location for you.

Die Lage der WG ist ausgesprochen gut.
Sie befindet sich in Stuttgart-Süd, ca. 3 Gehminuten vom Marienplatz entfernt.
Am Marienplatz gibt es gleich zwei REWE (einer davon hat bin 24:00 Uhr geöffnet), einen dm, eine Apotheke und mit seinen Restaurants, Bars und Cafés stellt er vor allem im Sommer einen beliebten Ort für Stuttgarter dar.
Die ÖPNV-Verbindung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Vom Marienplatz fahren U-Bahnen, Busse und die "Zacke". Mit der U-Bahn ist man in ca. 10 min am HBF.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es außerdem noch einen Netto, Lidl und das Fitnessstudio "FIT ONE".
In unter 10 min zu Fuß erreicht man das Einkaufszentrum "Gerber" und in weiteren 5 min ist man am Rotebühlplatz, bzw. auf der Königstraße.
In 5-10 min ist man auf der Karlshöhe. Von hier hat man einen schönen Ausblick und im Sommer ist dort auch ein kleiner Biergarten.

Die WG befindet sich an der viel befahrenen Hauptstätter Straße, wo es manchmal durch Krankenwägen oder hupende Autos auch etwas lauter sein kann - also wenn du sehr geräuschsensibel bist, ist das vielleicht nicht der beste Standort für dich.

Elina is 20 years old and studies economic psychology at HFT Stuttgart in the 4th semester. In her spare time she likes to go to the gym and likes to meet with friends.

Alina is 20 years old and studied at the HDM. She is very creative and works in an advertising agency as a working student. In her spare time she likes to dance and is a lot with friends.

Sophie is 20 years old and studies interior architecture at HFT in the fourth semester. It is creative and sporty. She likes cooking at home, but is also available for a bar trip in the evening.

I would describe the WG life as harmonious and friendly. Unfortunately there is no living room, but in the kitchen you meet frequently and like to talk. But everyone has their privacy and occasionally we go together to drink or throw the one or other wg party.
A certain understanding of cleanliness is important to us.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Elina, Alina und Sophie - sie sind alle super offen & freundlich.

Elina ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert im 4. Semester Wirtschaftspsychologie an der HFT Stuttgart. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne ins Gym und trifft sich gerne mit Freunden.

Alina ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert an der HDM. Sie ist sehr kreativ und arbeitet in einer Werbeagentur als Werkstudentin. In ihrer Freizeit tanzt sie gerne und ist viel mit Freunden unterwegs.

Sophie ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert Innenarchitektur im vierten Semester an der HFT. Sie ist kreativ und sportlich. Daheim kocht sie gerne, ist aber auch für einen Bar-Trip abends zu haben.

Das WG-Leben würde ich als harmonisch und freundlich beschreiben. Es gibt leider kein Wohnzimmer, aber in der Küche begegnet man sich häufig und redet gerne. Jeder hat aber seine Privatsphäre und ab und zu gehen wir gemeinsam was trinken oder schmeißen mal die ein oder andere wg party.
Ein gewisses Verständnis für Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig.

In the 430€ rent the additional costs are already included. However, if these were exceptionally high in a month, the landlord is open to request repayments, which never happened in my WG period.

There are only the costs for Wi-Fi and common everyday WG products that are currently regulated via Tricount.

Each room is rented individually by the landlord & you will get your own rental contract

In den 430€ Miete sind die Nebenkosten bereits enthalten. Falls diese in einem Monat aber außergewöhnlich hoch wären, lässt sich der Vermieter offen, Nachzahlungen einzufordern, was in meiner WG-Zeit jedoch nie vorkam.

Es kommen lediglich die Kosten für das WLAN und gemeinsame alltägliche WG-Produkte, die aktuell über Tricount geregelt werden, hinzu.
