The furnished room is located on the 1st floor of a two-storey duplex apartment in a beautifully renovated old building. The bright apartment has fish-grät-/Dielenboden, two bathrooms and a super view not only about the city, but also on the Karlovy Vary and of course the TV tower. The kitchen is fully equipped and is completely renovated over the summer. A special feature is the open community area in the 2nd. Attic: with approx. 40m2 and fully equipped coffee/tea kitchen/bar.
I will spend the next winter abroad and therefore rent my room. We can adjust the exact beginning and ending after consultation and move a few weeks - as it suits everyone best. I'd be happy if you like the room, and you take some in the current state. Here, too, we can, of course, finish the details.
The apartment is located in the quiet Heusteigstraße at Fangelsbachfriedhof. I especially love the surroundings in the south of Stuttgart - a picnic on the Karlshöhe or the Wernhaldenpark, as well as a beer in a bar of Tübinger Straße, or a café on Marienplatz is always in. With the tuck you're almost immediately on the Filderhöhe. ÖPNV (Bus stop Lehenstraße) is practically outside the door, the Marienplatz underground station is only 5 minutes away. Grocery stores, DM and bakers are right around the corner. Parking is possible with local ID. Bicycles can be safely parked in the backyard.
The WG life is very pleasant and relaxed. We are always open to a glass of wine or a beer, yet each has its own life. You will live together with Zoe and Lukas: Zoe is a student at HdM and currently writes her bachelor thesis in the Audiovisual Media degree program. She plays guitar and occasionally to piano, likes to dance and loves her creative life. Lukas is originally from Amsterdam and is a scientist at university. He also plays guitar, is very musical and still seeks people in Stuttgart to replace his Dutch band. : Since he is only learning German, we often speak English in the WG.
Kehrwoche is not there with us fortunately, there is a cleaning company in the stairwell. Otherwise, life is very harmonious with us in the house.
If you want a beautiful and bright apartment in top position over the roofs of the south, as well as a relaxed and harmonious WG life, you are right with us!
Das möblierte Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Dachgeschoss einer zweistöckigen Maisonette-Wohnung in einem schön sanierten Altbau. Die helle Wohnung hat Fischgrät-/Dielenboden, zwei Bäder und einen super Ausblick nicht nur über die Stadt, sondern auch auf die Karlshöhe und natürlich den Fernsehturm. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und wird über den Sommer noch vollständig renoviert. Ein besonderes Feature ist die offene Community Area im 2. Dachgeschoss: mit ca. 40m² und vollausgestatteter Kaffeeküche/Teeküche/Bar.
Ich werde den nächsten Winter im Ausland verbringen und daher mein Zimmer untervermieten. Den genauen Beginn und Ende können wir nach Absprache gerne etwas anpassen und um ein paar Wochen verschieben - so, wie es für alle am besten passt. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn dir das Zimmer gefällt, und du einiges im jetzigen Zustand übernimmst. Auch hier können wir die Details natürlich noch in aller Ruhe absprechen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der ruhigen Heusteigstraße am Fangelsbachfriedhof. Besonders liebe ich die Umgebung im Stuttgarter Süden - ein Picknick auf der Karlshöhe oder im Wernhaldenpark, sowie ein Bier in einer Bar der Tübinger Straße, oder ein Café auf dem Marienplatz ist immer drin. Mit der Zacke ist man quasi sofort auf der Filderhöhe. ÖPNV (Bushaltestelle Lehenstraße) ist praktisch vor der Tür, die U-Bahnhaltestelle Marienplatz ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, DM und Bäcker sind direkt ums Eck. Parken ist möglich mit Anwohnerausweis. Fahrräder können im Hinterhof sicher abgestellt werden.
Das WG Leben gestaltet sich sehr angenehm und entspannt. Wir sind immer offen für ein Gläschen Wein oder ein Bierchen, trotzdem hat jede*r ein eigenes Leben. Du wirst zusammenwohnen mit Zoe und Lukas: Zoe ist Studentin an der HdM und schreibt zur Zeit ihre Bachelorarbeit im Studiengang Audiovisuelle Medien. Sie spielt Gitarre und ab und zu Klavier, tanzt gerne und liebt ihr kreatives Leben. Lukas kommt ursprünglich aus Amsterdam und ist Wissenschaftler an der Uni. Auch er spielt Gitarre, ist sehr musikalisch und sucht immernoch Menschen in Stuttgart, um seine niederländische Band zu ersetzen. :) Da er erst dabei ist, deutsch zu lernen, sprechen wir in der WG auch oft englisch.
Kehrwoche gibt es bei uns zum Glück nicht, im Treppenhaus gibt es eine Putzfirma. Auch sonst gestaltet sich das Leben bei uns im Haus sehr harmonisch.
