The WG is located directly at the Bihlplatz underground station and is therefore perfectly located in the south of Stuttgart. Cool bars, restaurants and vintage shops are all within walking distance. You only need one minute to the Bihlplatz stop and are at the university, Mercedes-Benz or at the HdM in Vaihingen within 20 minutes. The Marienplatz is 5 minutes by metro and a beautiful 20-minute walk. With this you also have everything you need in the area: net, aldi and rewe, as well as DM and all cool bars and restaurants at Marienplatz. In addition, you are super fast by bike in the city (about 10 min).
In addition, the Heslach forest is just a few minutes' walk from you, if you want to have some rest in nature. Even if the location is super central, it is still very quiet and relaxed. So you're out of the hustle and bustle to turn off, but it's super fast back in the city center or in the popular places.

Du brauchst nur eine Minute zur Haltestelle Bihlplatz und bist innerhalb von 20 Minuten an der Universität, bei Mercedes-Benz oder an der HdM in Vaihingen. Zum Marienplatz sind es 5 Minuten mit der U-Bahn und einen schönen 20-Minuten-Spaziergang Zu Fuß. Damit hast du auch alles, was du brauchst in der Nahe: Netto, Aldi und Rewe, sowie DM und alle coolen Bars und Restaurants am Marienplatz. Außerdem ist man super schnell mit dem Fahrrad in der Stadt (ca. 10 min).
Zudem ist der Heslacher Wald auch nur ein paar Gehminuten von dir entfernt, wenn du auch mal etwas Ruhe in der Natur haben willst. Auch, wenn die Lage super zentral ist, ist sie trotzdem sehr ruhig und entspannt. Man ist also genug aus dem Trubel raus, um abschalten zu können, ist aber super schnell wieder in der Innenstadt oder an den beliebten Plätzen.

Celi and Pauli both study in the 8th Semester Journalism at HdM and are currently writing our Bachelor thesis. Celi, 23 years old, is the musical one among us, who always lets some indie song run, otherwise she likes to be creative with crochets and the one or the other painting project. Pauli, 22 years old, is the plant mutti of the WG, which keeps all green plants alive. She cooks and bakes very much and is busy with various crochet projects. Lina, 23, works full-time in marketing. In her spare time, she likes to be creative, recently increasingly on the sewing machine. She also likes to read and plays tennis. For Celi and Pauli, there may be other towns for a master's degree in autumn, which will soon decide.

Celi und Pauli studieren beide im 8. Semester Journalismus an der HdM und schreiben aktuell unsere Bachelorarbeit. Celi, 23 Jahre alt, ist die musikalische unter uns, die immer irgendeinen Indie-Song laufen lässt, ansonsten ist sie gerne kreativ mit Häkeln und dem einen oder anderen Malprojekt. Pauli, 22 Jahre alt, ist die Pflanzenmutti der WG, die alle Grünpflanzen am Leben hält. Sie kocht und backt sehr gerne und ist mit diversen Häkelprojekten beschäftigt. Lina, 23, arbeitet Vollzeit im Marketing. In ihrer Freizeit tobt sie sich gerne kreativ aus, in letzter Zeit vermehrt an der Nähmaschine. Außerdem liest sie gerne und spielt Tennis. Für Celi und Pauli geht es eventuell im Herbst in andere Stadt für ein Masterstudium, das wird sich demnächst entscheiden.

Everyone has a separate contract with our landlord, in which case you have a sub-rental contract with Lina. You pay 655 warm, without electricity and internet. They're coming up, sharing everything through three. This will probably be around 50 euros per month. In addition, there is a deposit of two monthly rents you will get back at the end of the rental period. Besides, we still have a basement compartment where you can put your stuff under if you need it.
The rent would be from August 2025 until the end of June 2026. We can discuss the exact date flexibly. A move to September 1, 2025 and withdrawal at the beginning of June 2026 is also possible.

Jeder hat einen getrennten Vertrag mit unserem Vermieter, in dem Fall du einen Untermietvertrag mit Lina. Du zahlst 655 warm, ohne Strom und Internet. Die kommen noch obendrauf, wobei wir alles durch drei teilen. Das wird vermutlich auf ca. 50 Euro pro Monat rauslaufen. Hinzukommt eine Kaution von zwei Monatsmieten, die du am Ende der Mietzeit zurück bekommst. Außerdem haben wir noch ein Kellerabteil, wo du Kram von dir unterstellen kannst, wenn du das brauchst.
Die Untermiete wäre von August 2025 bis Ende Juni 2026. Das genaue Datum können wir gerne flexibel besprechen. Ein Einzug zum 1. September 2025 und Auszug Anfang Juni 2026 ist ebenfalls möglich.
