Es ist ein Zimmer in einer 4er WG, kleines aber feines Zimmer, es ist alles im Zimmer was man braucht.
ein gemütliches Bett mit 1,4x2,0m, dass auch als Couch verwendet werden kann, von dem man TV schauen kann. Ein Schreibtisch, sowie ein kleiner Kleiderschrank.
Das Zimmer steht ab sofort zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung, da ich hier nicht in Stuttgart bin.
Schlüssel werden persönlich übergeben, dann gibt es einen kleinen Vertrag mit Kaution.
In der Wohnung gibt es WLAN und ein schönes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Für die Notfälle gibt es auch eine Küche, die aber für Kurzzeitmieter nicht zur Verfügung steht.
Das Zimmer liegt in einem schönes Haus im Stuttgarter Stadteil Heslach, mit der U Bahn (2 min enfernt) kann man direkt zur Stadtmitte fahren.
Es Leben noch ein Student und ein Arbeitender in der WG, beide sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen
