ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner überragenden, renovierten 3er-Altbau-WG in bester Lage direkt am Marienplatz. Das Zimmer is 16qm groß, laminiert und ist nicht möbliert. Die WG befindet sich im 4. Stock und ist eigentlich mit allem nötigen (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Fahrradkeller) und noch mehr für ein angenehmes Zusammenleben ausgestattet. Ich selbst bin berufstätig und 30 Jahre alt. Der Zeitraum wäre vom 1.1. bis zum 30.6. evtl. auch länger.
