Hallo,
in unserer schönen 2er WG in Stuttgart-Süd, Heslach, werden zum 15.7. beide Zimmer frei.
Das größere Zimmer (22 qm) kostet 550 € im Monat zuzüglich GEZ und Internet. Das Zimmer wird möbliert zu einem Preis von 1000€ abgeben (was auch Voraussetzung für den Einzug ist). Enthalten sind Kleiderschrank, Bücherregal, Couch, Couchtisch, Teppich, 1,40m Bett+Matratze, Nachttisch, TV, Bilder und Sessel (siehe Bilder). Das Bett, das momentan im kleinerem Zimmer steht, kommt zurück in die Ecke, in der momentan der Esstisch steht.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inklusive Waschmachine usw.) und hat Zugang zu einem kleinen Balkon mit schönem Ausblick in Richtung Westen.

PS: Wir suchen auch einen Nachmieter für das kleinere (16 qm, 490 €), das unmöbliert ist!

Hello,
Two rooms are available in our 2 bedroom apartment in Stuttgart south starting on July 15. The bigger room (shown in this ad) is 22 square meters, and cost 550€ plus internet and GEZ (public TV and radio fee that all households must pay). The room is furnished and includes: large wardrobe, 140cm x 200 cm bed frame/mattress (currently in the other bedroom, but will be returned to this room), night table, L-shaped couch that opens into a bed, coffee table, area rug, rocking chair, tv stand + 32" TV, paintings, and a drying rack for clothes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware and flatware, cups, cookware, stove, fridge with freezer, table+chairs, and a washing machine. There is also a small balcony off the kitchen which has two chairs and a nice view of the west.
PS: We have posted an ad to the second room (16 square meters) which is unfurnished and costs 490€.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in einer sehr ruhigen Lage unweit des Bihlplatzes in Stuttgart-Süd, Heslach.
In nur wenigen Minuten erreichst du die U-Bahn und bist in 5-10 min in der Stadtmitte und am Hbf.
Alle täglichen Bedarfe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befindet sich fußläufig in 5-10 min Reichweite.
Am Marienplatz ist bspw. ein Rewe, DM, Burger King und Restaurants. Das Gerber ist 5 min mit der U-Bahn entfernt.
In Richtung Vaihingen befindet sich direkt ein ALDI, ca. 10 min entfernt.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of an apartment building in a quiet area near Bihlplatz station in Stuttgart south. The station is about a 4 minute walk and the U1, U9, and U34 all stop there. It is about a 5 minute ride to downtown and the Gerber (a big shopping mall with grocery stores) and 10 minutes to the main train station.
It's about a 5 minute U-bahn ride (2 stops) to Marienplatz where there is grocery stores (Rewe, DM), and restaurants.
Towards Vaihingen, there's an Aldi which can be reached in about 3 minutes by U-Bahn.

Unser Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wohnt allerdings nicht bei uns im Haus.
Die Nachbarn sehr unkompliziert.
