Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und liegt im 3.OG. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung 80 qm und ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Spülmaschine. In dein Zimmer passt ein Schrank, und ein Bett sind vorhanden.
Die Lage ist super! Wir wohnen nur 15 Minuten Gehminuten vom schönen Marienplatz entfernt. Wir haben in der nähe alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Metzgerei, Apotheke, Bäckerei, etc.). Ein Restaurant und eine Pizzeria vorhanden. Die Haltestelle ist 2 Minuten weiter.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Stadtbahn und man ist in wenigen Minuten an den Haltestellen Bihlplatz oder Südheimer Platz (Linien U1, U9 und U34) und hat einen guten Anschluss in die Stadt sowie nach Vaihingen.
In der WG wohnen Valentina (34, Bauingenieurin) und Ibrahim (29, Computer Ingenieur).
