Das Zimmer befindet sich im 3.OG. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 3 Zimmer ein Bad mit WC und eine Dusche. Eine vollausgestattete Küche ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 Quadratmeter groß mit einer großen Fensterbank auf die man sich im Sommer bequem setzen kann. Das Zimmer ist Quadratisch geschnitten somit bekommt man ein Bett einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch mit Leichtigkeit unter.
Die WG liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Marienhospital. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Marienplatz und ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Lockerer Umgang miteinander. Abends wird öfters das ein oder andere Bier/Wein zusammen getrunken.
Unsere Vermieter sind super nett, sehr flexibel und sehr zuvorkommend. Die anderen Nachbarn sind ebenfalls sehr nett und nehmen immer Pakete an.
