mein Mitbewohner und ich suchen ab Februar Verstärkung für unsere 3-er WG in Stuttgart-Süd (Untere Straße). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, in 5 Minuten ist man aber auch schon im Herzen der Stadt, Bushaltestelle und U-Bahn sind gleich um die Ecke.
Kurz die wichtigsten Infos:
475€ Warm
Geteilt werden Bad, Küche, Toilette, Kellerabteil
Möbliertes 16qm²-Zimmer (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regale, Nachttisch) mit großem Fenster
Für die Möbel und einen Teil der Küchenausstattung wird eine Ablöse von ca. 400€ fällig
Einzug ab 01.02.2021 - unbefristetes Mietverhältnis
Partyraum im Keller
Wir sind beide duale Studenten und werden deshalb immer nur drei Monate in der Wohnung sein und dann wieder drei Monate weg sein. Es sollte also kein Problem sein, wenn Du hin und wieder mit anderen Untermietern in der WG wohnst.
Uns wäre wichtig, dass Du auch Lust hast mal was mit der WG zu unternehmen und dich an der WG-Organisation zu beteiligen.

my buddy Pablo and I are looking for a third person for our 3-room flat share in Stuttgart-Süd (Untere Straße) from February onwards. The apartment is located in a quiet street, but in 5 minutes you’ll find yourself in the heart of the city, bus stop and subway are just around the corner.
The most important information:
475€ Warm
Shared bathroom, kitchen, toilet, basement room
Furnished 16qm² room (bed, desk, wardrobe, two shelfs, night stand) with window (you'll have to pay around 400€ for the furnitures and part of our kitchen equipment)
Move-in from 01.02.2021 - open ended
Room for small parties in the basement
We‘re both dual students and will therefore only ever be in the apartment for three months and then be away for another three months. So it should not be a problem if you live in a flatshare with other subtenants from time to time.
It would be important to us that you would also like to do something with us and participate in our WG organization.
