Hallo,
da ich für mein Auslandssemester Stuttgart verlasse, wird mein Zimmer im angegebenen Zeitraum frei. Das Zimmer ist ca 17 qm groß. Es hat an zwei Wänden eine leichte Dachschräge und drei Fenster. Ich würde das Zimmer gerne möbelliert untervermieten, das heißt Bett, großer Schreibtisch, Couch, Schränke, wären inklusive.
Das Haus liegt zwischen Marienplatz und Erwin-Schöttle-Platz. Also beste Lage! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind am Marienplatz (ca. 5 minuten) zahlreich vorhanden. Die Önpv Anbindung ist auch super. Von Marienplatz und Erwin-Schöttle-Platz fährt die U-Bahn und zahlreiche Buslinien.
Mit dir wohnen werden Raul (22, studiert Archtiektur) und Leonie (20, studiert Textildesign) und Can (30, ja was macht er eigentlich?).
Alles ganz liebe und tolle Menschen. Wir sitzen oft abends noch zusammen auf unserem Aperolbalkon, kochen was zusammen oder gehen gemeinsam raus!
