Hey ich bin Leon ( 22 Jahre, 🇩🇪🇧🇷 ) und suche eine/n WG MitbewohnerIn zum 01.09 für meine WG am Marienplatz. (450€ Miete/700€ Kaution )
Die WG hat einen kleinen Balkon der an die Küche grenzt.
Ich selbst bin Versicherungskaufmann bei der Allianz und studiere Berufsbegleitend Finance and Banking. Nebenbei arbeite ich als Fußballtrainer. Bin also viel am arbeiten.
Sauberkeit ist mir sehr sehr wichtig ( es kommt regelmäßig eine Putzfrau). Deshalb suche ich jemanden, der darauf auch viel wert legt und vorallem Küche und Bad sauber hält.
Durch die Arbeit und das Studium bin ich zeitlich immer sehr eingespannt trotzdem soll es keine Zweck-WG sein, sondern man soll einen entspannten Umgang miteinander pflegen.
Ein Glas Wein ist immer nur eine kurze WhatsApp Nachricht entfernt.
