Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und durch 3 Fenster sehr hell. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet und ist wirklich sehr geräumig. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und verfügt über ca. 25qm Gemeinschaftsfläche, welche eine große Küche mit Spülmaschine, einen kleinen Flur, ein kleines Esszimmer sowie ein geräumiges Tageslichtbad umfasst. Außerdem wird von dem gesamten Haus eine Dachterasse gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
Durch die Lage direkt am Erwin-Schöttle-Platz ist man innerhalb von 7 Minuten zu Fuß am Marienplatz und innerhalb von weniger als 30 Minuten zu Fuß am Schlossplatz. Fußläufig ist die Schwabstraße mit S-Bahn-Anbindung in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß (Haustür bis Gleis) oder mit dem Bus auch schneller erreichbar. Die U-Bahn- und Bus-Station ist 1 Minute von der Haustür entfernt, dort fahren die 42 (über Schwabstraße zum Schlossplatz), die U9, U1 und U34.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Maria (22). Sie studiert Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik im Master und engagiert sich in ihrer Freizeit gerne bei foodsharing. Dadurch bietet sich auch durchaus mal die Möglichkeit gutes Bio-Gemüse oder anderweitige Köstlichkeiten vor dem Mülleimer zu retten - aber keine Sorge, die Küche ist nicht dauerhaft überladen davon.
