Marienplatz 4-WG with living room looking for new tenant start from 1 June/ 15 June/ 1 July.
As I am moving to Munich in June, I would like to find a new tenant for my furnished big room (included in the rent: wardrobe, desk, chair, bed and mattress), so you can move in immediately without worrying the furnitures. And if you don't like the furnitures, you can move them to the basement.
Facing North, not much direct sunlight in Summer, so you can have a cozy temperature in the room. While the balcony is facing South, you can enjoy the sun there :)
Rent is included heating, electricity and internet. Looking for long term tenant and one person only.
U bahn and bus is few minutes away at the Marienplatz (U1, U9, U34, Bus 41, 43) or Erwin Schoettle platz (Bus 42). Walking to mitte around 20 mins. There are near 4 different supermarkets (REWE open till 12am!), DM and a lot of other great shops, vintage clothing, cafes, bars. A few park around the neighborhood, it's nice to have a walk in nature.
Your new flatmates are Luis, Esther, and Marvin.
Luis is a surveying engineer from Venezuela, a fan of Formula 1, cooking, gin, he enjoys reading.
Esther, from France and the US, she work as a barista and study opera singing. She likes to knit, bake, sun, and games. Marvin is a student from Germany, he studied Renewable raw materials and bioenergy and he likes to do sports, dance, sew, and have fun.
You will have a rich WG life with them. English and German are the common languages.
We share groceries (toilet paper, cleaning stuff and cooking oil, seasoning etc.) in the house casually, just fill the stock when you see the supplies are low. Also with a weekly cleaning plan, we expect a tidy person to join!
Lastly I would like to get 100 euros for the washing machine (few months old, other kitchen appliances are replaced by landlord a few months ago, so you don't need to worry about), tv and some furnitures we shared cost in the WG. Plus the remaining rundfunkbeitrag (the famous broadcast fee) of 2022, depends on when will you move in.
