Das Zimmer besticht durch das schöne Parkett und die Ausrichtung nach Westen. Es wird wie auf den Bilder zu sehen möbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Halbhöhenlage im schönen Stadtteil Stuttgart Süd. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 15 min in die Innenstadt aber auch zum Teehaus mit Blick über Stuttgart sind es nur 10 min. Die nächste U-Bahn Haltestelle ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt
Durch Zufall hatte ich das Glück diese schöne Wohnung zu mieten.
Und da es der Platz zulässt und ich bisher immer gerne in WG‘s gewohnt habe möchte ich das Zimmer untervermieten.
Somit würden wir das WG Leben dann individuell gemeinsam gestalten. Eine Party WG ist nicht der Plan aber auch keine reine Zweck WG. Gerne so wie es spontan reinpasst, gemeinsame Kochabende, an den See fahren, weggehen oder einfach bei einem Kaffee quatschen wie der Tag war. Ganz nach dem Motto alles kann nichts muss!
Ich selber bin 25 Jahre alt, bereits berufstätig und wohne seit 2 Jahren in Stuttgart.
